Fix your pension with Equip

In September we joined our client KPN, with the iconnic Erasmus bridge as a backdrop, to give an interactive workshop about pensions. What often seems like a complicated topic suddenly became concrete and understandable during this session.

Making pensions tangible and relevant

Together with the participants we explored questions such as:

• How does the Dutch pension system work in practice?

• What can you already do today to improve your pension?

• Which tips & tricks help you get more out of your pension right away?

By combining explanations, real-life examples, and space for personal questions, participants start to recognize and relate. Employees realize that pensions aren’t just something for later, but an essential part of their financial situation today. The effect is immediate: more insight, appreciation for the existing pension scheme, and concrete ideas to take action themselves.
